Our proposals are being developed around three key design character areas:

• Park edge character – larger detached houses fronting the Major Urban Park to the west.
• Farmstead character – focussing on farmstead building arrangements of secondary/tertiary streets and internal courtyards.
• Village edge character – a mix of semi-detached, detached and apartments fronting on the main spine road with a mix of two and three storey buildings, with flat blocks becoming feature landmark buildings.
